About 2 weeks ago, the concentrator cap suddenly came off and refuses to stay on the nozzle. It seems that the heat has distended it and now it no longer stays fixed on. Now I am really upset because I specifically wanted a more professional hair dryer than the drug store brands but it seems that more money does not necessarily mean more quality.

It cut my time in half and my hair looked just like it did after a stylist dries it. It is well worth the money. Best quality dryer I've ever owned. Only downside is it is a little heavy but with the shorter dryer time and the outstanding quality I am ok with that.
